Yoga
In Yoga we use postures (asanas) and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. Sometimes we use a specific series of postures, and other times we use a flow of movements. Yoga encourages proper alignment of the body and can bring balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner. Our Yoga class is based on classic and ancient practices with attention to alignment and the deeper layers of yoga.
